Time to revive the blog

Now that everyone is off in their own direction, we need to make sure to stay in touch and revive the Longmeadow and beyond blogspot.

Toby called early this morning to say that the flight went pretty well and that Heshel was pretty comfortable and under control. She said that she is staying at a nice home, her hosts are the Dworkins. I hope that we will all hear more from her soon so stay tuned.

We really enjoyed spending Shabbos in New York especially since it was Shabbos Breishis and there were a lot of guests and shluchim in CH. We had a very nice Shabbos diner with Chaya Vishedsky, a nice lunch with Toby & Moishe and I enjoyed going to Benyamin's birthday farbrengen.

On Mostai Shabbos, after visiting with Toby, we all went to the Kretchme for an Edelman family melave malka and good bye party for the Benshimons. After all that, we went to the Treitel/Bendett L'Chaim.

We did not have much time to rest because our accreditation visit began at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. We needed to do last minute cleanup and preparations. So far the visit is going well. They have told us what a nice school we have and what wonderful, dedicated teachers we have. Tomorrow afternoon they will be heading back to their respective schools.

I hope to hear from everyone! Can't wait until Lavy is back.
