terumah and maaser

 so we had a hands on experience of taking terumah and maaser here. We picked the fruit. i helped by climbing the tree to get the pomegranates, ate it aand then yours truly was in charge of creating a bonfire to burn the terumah. it was a very cool experience even though i smelled like smoke the rest of the night.
there were fresh pomegranates, figs, walnuts and grapes......just to make you jealous :)
